Indo Amines has terminated the MoU for the acquisition of industrial land from Pious Engineering Pvt Ltd, it said in a statement to the bourses. The company had signed an agreement with the latter for the acquisition of an industrial land at Dombivali (East), Thane, Maharashtra. The company further said that its promoters, Vijay Palkar and Ms Bharati Palkar, have acquired 100 per cent holding in Pious Engineering. Shares of Indo Amines gained 1.8 per cent at ₹117.40 on the BSE.
