Focus will be on the board of Infinite Computer Solutions (India) that will meet on Friday to consider a voluntary delisting proposal. The company had received a letter from Sanjay Govil, promoter (representing the promoter/promoter group), expressing their intent to give an offer to its public shareholders to acquire the entire 83.4 lakh shares (or 25.02 per cent of the paid-up capital) of the company. Investors will eye the details, particularly the offer price.
