Infosys vaulted nearly 10 per cent on the back of robust Q1 numbers announced earlier today. It reported a 5 per cent growth in Q1 net profit at Rs 3,030 crore. At 10.35 am the share was trading at Rs 1,100.60 against Rs 1,001.90 at close on Monday. This was a gain of 9.85 per cent.
Bharti Airtel gained 4.55 per cent to trade at Rs 449 against Rs 429.45 at close yesterday.
Wipro shot up 2.84 per cent at Rs 583.50 against Rs 567.40 at close last evening.
HDFC Bank traded up 1.02 per cent at Rs 1,127 against Rs 1,115.60 at close on Monday.
Hero MotoCorp rode up 0.87 per cent to quote at Rs 2,684 against Rs 2,660.75 at close yesterday.
