The board of directors of Innovative Tech Pack on Friday approved a plan for the expansion of its units in southern and eastern India for creation of pan-India presence.
The board also approved a proposal to list the company’s shares on the National Stock Exchange. Shares of Innovative Tech jumped 7.38 per cent at ₹42.95 on the BSE.
