J Kumar Infraprojects has reported an incident of theft at Unit No 146, Andheri Industrial Estate, Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai, on Saturday, (February 10). The company has lost valuable documents and moveable assets, including cash, it said in the notice to the stock exchanges. The complaint of the theft has been filed with the police and the FIR has been lodged, the company said. The company, however, did not give financial details of the stolen assets. Shares of J Kumar Infraprojects, after registering a new high at ₹375, closed at ₹362.65, a gain of 14.7 per cent on the NSE.

Dollex Industries on Monday said that Parvati Sweetners and Power, with whom the former would be merged, has allotted shares to its shareholders. The restructuring committee of Parvati Sweetners on Monday allotted 3.686 crore equity shares of face value ₹5 each, in accordance with the terms of the scheme, which provides for one fully paid-up equity share of ₹5 each of Parvati Sweeteners to every 0.97 equity shares of ₹5 each held in Dollex Industries, to those whose names appear in the company’s books on the record date of February 9. Shares of Dollex Industries were suspended due to procedural reasons.

Precision Camshafts on Monday informed the stock exchanges that it has won additional contracts worth ₹285 crore from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for fully-machined camshafts. While Ford has awarded the company a ₹190-crore order for 15 lakh camshafts, it has received a ₹50-crore order from M&M and a ₹35-crore order from General Motors for 50,000 units each. Shares of Precision Camshafts closed a tad higher at ₹117.80, on the NSE against the previous day’s close of ₹117.40.
