Jagatjit Industries has now informed the exchanges that the company is able to resolve the problems in its computer system and is in the process of compiling accounts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. Earlier on June 1, it had informed the exchanges of its decision to postpone the May 30 board meeting due to problems in the company’s computer systems. The company will hold a board meeting shortly to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. The stock slumped 3 per cent at ₹34.50 on the BSE.
