Jai Balaji board meeting put off

Jai Balaji Industries has informed the exchanges that despite all efforts, the company could not restore the server till date and hence the accounts data could not be retrieved as of now. Consequently, the board meeting scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, is being postponed till such time it takes to rectify the problem, it added. Shares of Jai Balaji Industries edged up marginally to ₹11.30 as against the previous day’s close of ₹11.10 on the NSE.
