What to watch. Jayant Agro-Organics to turn ex-bonus

Shares of Jayant Agro-Organics will remain in focus on Friday, as they will turn ex-bonus on Monday. The company has declared one bonus share for each share held by investors. Jayant Agro-Organics has fixed August 2 as record date for the bonus issue. That means, Friday is the cut-off date for prospective investors to receive the bonus shares. Currently, 10,279 retail investors hold 31.66 lakh shares (or 21.11 per cent stake) in the firm.
