Jaysynth Dyestuff India has acquired 6.75 lakh equity shares of Jaysynth (Europe) Ltd, of face value £1 at par from the existing shareholders of Jaysynth (Europe) Ltd. The board, on June 25, had approved the acquisition proposal. Shares of Jaysynth Dyestuff surged 4.1 per cent at ₹48.8 on the BSE.
