Jindal Photo has informed the BSE that a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors will be held on December 29 to discuss and approve a Scheme of Arrangement between Jindal Photo and Jindal Poly Films. As a result, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992, trading window shall remain closed from December 19, to December 30.
