JM Financial Home Loans, a step-down subsidiary of JM Financial , has received certificate of registration from National Housing Bank to carry out housing finance operations, the latter said in an exchange filing. JM Financial offers financial services to financial institutions, high net worth individuals and retail investors. Shares of JM Financial, which rose to a high of ₹159.80 on the NSE, in intraday trade, closed at ₹153, up 0.8 per cent.
