JPMorgan Asset Management India Pvt Ltd has announced the launch of a five-year close-ended income scheme — JPMorgan India Fixed Maturity Plan — Series 502. The new fund offer opened on Friday, closes on September 28. The fund’s performance will be benchmarked against Crisil Composite Bond Fund Index.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income through investments in debt securities or money market instruments and Government of India securities maturing on or before the maturity date of the scheme. However, there can be no assurance that income can be generated, regular or otherwise, or that the investment objective of the scheme will be realised.
