Kajaria Ceramics board meets for amalgamation plan

The board of directors of Kajaria Ceramics will meet on Monday to consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation of Kajaria Securities Pvt Ltd with itself for realignment of current promoters’ shareholding in the company. Kajaria Securities is part of Kajaria Ceramics’ promoter group. It holds 8.3 per cent stake in Kajaria Ceramics, according to March 31 data. Shares of Kajaria Ceramics slipped 0.8 per cent at ₹1,202.95 on the NSE.
