Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) on Friday said it has bagged an order for ₹197 crore from Dedicated Freight Corridor Corp of India. The order is for design, supply and construction of tracks and track-related works for the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Meanwhile, its board will meet on Monday to fix the record date for allotment of equity shares of Texmaco Rail & Engineering to its shareholders following the company’s merger.
