KEC International gets ₹840-cr order

Infrastructure firm KEC International has bagged orders worth ₹840 crore in the transmission and distribution and cables businesses from both domestic and international markets. In the T&D business, it has bagged orders worth ₹723 crore from Malaysia, Egypt and the US, while its cable business received a ₹117-crore order. This will help in the company’s pursuit to diversify and de-risk its geographic spread. Now, execution will be under focus.
