Kennametal India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr Kundan Kumar Lal has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the company with effect from August 1, 2011 in the place of Mr A.C. Poovanna.
Mr Kundan Kumar Lal will also be the Compliance Officer from the aforesaid date.
