Shares of Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure will remain in focus on Friday, as its board of directors is meeting to consider a bonus proposal. If approved, it would be the first bonus issue from the Gujarat-based company. Analysts will watch the bonus ratio. The company posted a net profit of ₹4.21 crore on revenues of ₹11.02 crore in the March quarter. For FY16, it posted a PAT of ₹15.54 crore on revenues of ₹43.97 crore.
