Footwear retailer Khadim India’s initial public offer was oversubscribed 1.9 times on Monday, the last day of bidding. The IPO, which aims to raise ₹543 crore, received bids for 96,59,000 shares against the total issue size of 50,73,006 shares, data available with the NSE till 1930 hours showed.
Khadim India on Wednesday raised ₹163 crore from anchor investors. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹50 crore, besides an OFS of up to 65,74,093 shares by existing shareholders.
