The board of Kilburn Engineering will meet on Tuesday to consider restructuring of the company. Among the various options include reorganisation and amalgamation, among others, involving the company, McNally Bharat Engineering Co, McNally Sayaji Engineering and EMC, the company informed the stock exchanges.
