KNR Constructions Ltd is looking to pave way for the sub-division of the nominal value of company equity share of ₹10 each to ₹2 per share.
In a regulatory filing, the Hyderabad-based construction company informed the BSE that a board meeting is scheduled for September 30, after the conclusion of the 21st AGM, where the board
will consider and approve the sub-division of the shares.
The board will also consider the request received from M Rajesh Reddy for reclassifying him from the “promoter category” to the “public category”.
KNR Constructions shares closed the day at ₹725.25.
