Kohinoor arm to go fully into US-based co

Shares of Kohinoor Foods wil remain in focus, as McCormick & Company Inc will acquire further stake in Kohinoor Speciality Foods India from the company for an undisclosed amount. The US-based spice-maker which already has 85 per cent stake in Kohinoor Speciality will acquire the remaining 15 per cent. In 2011, Kohinoor Foods and McCormick had set up a joint venture Kohinoor Speciality Foods India for marketing basmati rice and other food products.
