The board of directors of Lakshmi Vilas Bank will meet on Friday to consider the rights issue size, fix the price and ratio of rights entitlement. The board will also consider the opening and closing dates and record date for the rights issue.
Lakshmi Vilas Bank had earlier said that it plans to raise up to ₹800 crore through a rights issue. Shareholders will closely follow the fund-raising plans, particularly the price and entitlement ratio. The stock added 3 per cent to close at ₹185.3.
