Bang Overseas has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Jyothi Prasad & Sons for sale of land measuring 4,781 square metres at Hubli, Bangalore.
While the completion of the sale process will take around seven months, the company is expected to receive ₹20 crore from the sale.
The company had reported a profit ₹3.32 crore for fiscal 2018 on revenues of ₹168.81 crore. Investors will follow the development very closely.
