Company news: Lemon Tree Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a licence agreement for a 69-room property located at Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, under the brand name ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’. The hotel is expected to be operational by March 2019. This will be the third hotel of the company in Pune. Carnation Hotels Private Ltd, the hotel management arm of the company, will be operating and marketing this hotel. Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels closed at ₹71.80, up 1.92 per cent, on the BSE.
