The board of Hero group company Majestic Auto on Wednesday approved the sale of assets of up to ₹300 crore. Investors will closely monitor the developments.
Majestic Auto, which is engaged in the manufacture of electricals, fine blanking components, spokes and two-wheeler spare parts, had reported a loss of ₹9.81 crore for FY2017 on revenues of ₹176.80 crore. Results for the first quarter of the current financial year are now being awaited.
