M&M arm to acquire up to 60 per cent stake in OFD Holding BV

Mahindra & Mahindra has informed the exchanges that Mahindra Agri Solutions (MASL), a wholly-owned subsidiary, on Monday agreed to acquire up to 60 per cent of the equity share capital of OFD Holding BV, a fruit distribution company based in the Netherlands. Post-acquistion, OFD would become a subsidiary of MASL and in turn, of the company. Shares of M&M climbed 3.3 per cent at ₹1,181.45 on the BSE.
