Coromandel International Ltd (Coromandel), which had acquired 36.75 per cent of the equity capital of Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd (SABERO) from the promoters, has through an open offer acquired 105,00,000 equity shares from the shareholders taking its holding to 67.75 per cent and effective from December 17, Sabero has become a subsidiary company of Coromandel.
Era Infra Engineering Ltd (EIEL) in joint venture with OJSC-Sibmost has bagged an order from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for an estimated cost of Rs 1,025 crore for four-laning of Rampur-Kathgodam Section of NH-87 in the States of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand under NHDP Phase-III on Design, Build, Finance, Operate And Transfer (DBFOT) toll basis. In the joint venture, EIEL holds 74 per cent stake and the balance 26 per cent is held by OJSC-Sibmost.
Monnet Ispat Ltd's board of directors will, on December 22, consider buyback of shares.
