Marsons board meets on Nov 1

Electrical equipment producer Marsons has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of directors of the Company will be held on November 1, 2016, to consider, among other matters, a proposal for issue of securities including debentures, warrants, bonds, private placement of shares by conversion of loans or outstanding of creditors or by fresh issue of shares upto ₹60 crore to meet the long-term fund requirement of the company and to facilitate the corporate restructuring proposal of the company.
