The board of Mawana Sugars on Wednesday approved a one-time settlement of debt with State Bank of Mysore. The company will settle the total dues of ₹47.76 lakh for an agreed sum of ₹38 lakh, it said in a disclosure to bourses. Earlier, the company had agreed to settle its loans with Rabo India Finance and Axis Bank. Edelweiss ARC had taken over its debts owed to SBI and SBT following a debt restructuring programme.
