Max Ventures and Industries, one of the three new holding companies formed after the demerger of Max India, will start trading on the bourses from Wednesday. The listing will unlock value for the shareholders of erstwhile Max India, it said in a statement. MVIL will be the second company to be listed after Max Financial Services following the demerger. Analysts will keep a close eye on MFSL (previously Max India) on the listing day of MVIL.
