Mayur Uniquoters Limited

The board of Mayur Uniquoters on Friday approved a buyback proposal of up to 4.5 lakh fully paid-up equity shares of the company at ₹550 a share for an amount not exceeding ₹24.75 crore. The offer size is 0.98 per cent of the total paid-up equity share capital. The buyback is proposed to be made to all existing shareholders of the company on the record date on proportionate basis via the tender offer route, the company said in a notice to the stock exchanges. Shares of Mayur Uniquoters edged down 1.52 per cent at ₹456.55 on the NSE.
