Meera Industries has identified a 5,122-sq metre plot adjoining to its existing factory (Sachin, GIDC, Surat) for the proposed expansion. The company is witnessing tremendous traction for its products. The company, which is in the business of textile twisting technology & machineries, forecasts that it will reach peak production capacity within the next 12 months. Meera Industries is exploring various options for securing finance for this end use. Once this expansion is completed, the capacity will be increased by three times, it said in a statement to the BSE. Shares of Meera Industries jumped 3.86 per cent at ₹215 on the BSE.
