Meghmani Organics forms new subsidiary

Meghmani Organics has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary - Meghmani Agrochemicals Private Ltd - on August 23. The paid-up capital of the subsidiary is ₹1 lakh and the turnover is nil, as it is yet to start operations. Meghmani Agrochemicals has been incorporated to manufacture and sell chemicals and chemical products. The stock of Meghmani Organics closed at ₹72.80, up 0.83 per cent on the NSE.
