What to watch. MOIL: Offer-for-sale opens today for staff

Shares of MOIL will remain in focus as the Centre plans to divest its stake through an offer-for-sale to its staff, beginning Wednesday. The Centre is offering 6.66 lakh shares to eligible employees of MOIL at ₹346.75, which is a discount of 5 per cent to the cut-off price of ₹365 discovered in the OFS held on January 24 and 25. The minimum and maximum number of shares that can be applied are 10 and 576, respectively. The offer will remain open till July 27.
