MOIL: Price hike may add sheen

MOIL has raised prices of various grades of manganese ore from Thursday. Prices of ferro grades of ore with manganese content of 45 per cent or more have been raised by 25 per cent; for less than 45 per cent prices have been raised by 20 per cent. For silico manganese grades of ore with manganese content of 30 per cent and low grades with 25 per cent, the hike is 15 per cent. MOIL has not hiked prices of electrolytic manganese dioxide.
