Moser Baer on Friday informed the exchanges that pursuant to the directions of the State Government, the lockout was withdrawn on February 15 with retrospective effect of February 1.
However, the recommencement of the operations of the plant is under examination in light of the current business and financial circumstances, it added.
The company has been supplying products from its Greater Noida plant to its global customers.
However, as it has been facing technological, financial and other constraints, the Greater Noida plant has been under lockout since November 2017.
Shares of Moser Baer slipped 2.17 per cent at ₹4.5 on the NSE.
