MBL Infrastructures has informed the exchanges that the learned arbitral tribunal, constituted by the High Court of Bombay, has passed an award in favour of the company for contract work related to quarrying, mining, operation and maintenance, at the Sasan power plant of Reliance Infrastructure. The award is of ₹5.82 crore along with interest at 9 per cent per annum from the date of award till the date of payment. The claim petition is one of five under arbitration with Reliance Infrastructure. Shares of Man Infrastructures gained 2.2 per cent at ₹30.10 on the BSE while those of Reliance Infrastructure inched up 0.6 per cent at ₹517.05.
