The board of directors of Muthoot Capital Services will meet on Saturday to consider raising of funds by issuance of securities through qualified institutional placement or any other permissible mode. The decision will be subject to shareholders’ approval, it said.
Investors will be keen to know the quantum of funds to be raised, the price of the issue and the number of shares to be issued through the QIP. Besides, the timing of the issue will also be closely monitored.
