The board of NACL Industries will meet on Tuesday to consider a fund-raising proposal. The funds could be raised through issuance of securities via public or private placement, including through qualified institutional placement. Analysts and investors will be keen to know the quantum and mode of fund-raising. NACL Industries, formerly Nagarjuna Agrichem, had reported a profit of ₹7.16 crore for the quarter ended September 2017 on revenues of ₹306.84 crore.
