Nandan Denim has informed the exchanges that Vedprakash Chiripal, belonging to promoter & promoter group entities, has increased his stake in the company through open market purchases on February 26.
Chiripal had bought 39,864 shares and increased his stake to 2.90 per cent from 2.82 per cent in the company. Shares of Nandan Denim closed at ₹143.75, up 1.2 per cent, on the NSE.
