Narayana Hrudayalaya has transferred its 100 per cent shareholding in one of its subsidiaries Narayana Holdings Private Ltd, Mauritius, to another subsidiary Narayana Cayman Holdings Ltd, Cayman. NHPL was incorporated in Mauritius in 2016 as an investment company of NHL for foraying into the Afro Asian region. NCHL was incorporated in 2010 as a holding company of Health City Cayman Islands Ltd and operates a hospital in Cayman Islands. Due to strategic reasons, the boards of NHL and NCHL have decided to sell the stake. The stock of Narayana Hrudayalaya gained 0.67 per cent at ₹232.55 on the BSE.
