What to watch. National Fertilizers’ offer-for-sale today

The government will sell 15 per cent stake in National Fertilizers through an offer-for-sale on Wednesday. The floor price for the offer is set at ₹72.80. The NFL stock on Tuesday closed at ₹78.70 on the NSE. Through the OFS, which will open for institutions on Wednesday and retail investors on Thursday, the Centre is expected to raise ₹500 crore. Staff and retail investors will get a 5 per cent discount to the cut-off price.
