The board of directors of National Buildings Construction Corporation will meet on March 11 to consider a proposal for stock split. The stock has given stellar returns since its listing on April 12, 2012. From a listing price of ₹102, the stock had hit an all-time high of ₹1,214.5 in August last. The construction company operates under three main segments — project management consultancy, real estate development and EPC-based contracting. On Wednesday, shares of NBCC ended up 2.4 per cent at ₹910.75, on the NSE.
