Shares of VA Tech Wabag may regain strength with the NCLT recalling its order initiating the corporate insolvency resolution process with immediate effect following an agreement with Consolidated Construction Consortium.
NCLT, last week, had issued an order under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and appointed an Interim Resolution Professional to take charge of the company, in a petition filed by CCCL for payment of dues of ₹15 crore.
