What to watch. Nectar Lifesciences: eyes on results

Nectar Lifesciences’ board of directors will meet on Tuesday to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for financial year 2016-17, financial statements and recommendation of final dividend. The board meeting was originally scheduled to be held on May 30 but was adjourned due to ‘certain exigencies’. It had reported a profit of ₹59.28 crore for fiscal 2015-16 on revenues of ₹1,676.44 crore. PAT stood at ₹18.14 crore for the October-December quarter.
