Nila Infrastructures on Thursday said there are changes in the contract it had received from the Jodhpur Development Authority (Rajasthan) for construction of group houses for economically weak and low-income sections. The revised specifications are: reduction in existing works contract from ₹107.28 crore to ₹42.198 crore; reduction of construction work from 1.2 million sq. ft to 0.47 million sq. ft; it will now get the balance vacant land of 3.37 acres instead of 7.5 acres; This reduces the company’s order book size to that extent; and the construction work pursuant to the revised contract should be completed by January 4, 2021. Shares of Nila Infrastructures tumbled 4.4 per cent to ₹6.92 on the BSE.
