Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd’s board of directors will meet on July 8 to consider raising of funds through various means like Qualified Institutions Placement to Qualified Institutional Buyers, preferential allotment/rights issue, FCCB/GDR/warrants and/or any such manner or the way board may deem fit.
