What to watch. NMDC: Offer-for-sale kicks in on Tuesday

NMDC’s offer-for-sale (OFS) by the Central Government will open for subscription on Tuesday for non-retail investors and on Wednesday for retail investors. The government, which currently holds 74.94 per cent stake in the company, proposes to sell up to 4.745 crore shares (1.5 per cent) (base offer size), with a greenshoe option to sell another 4.745 crore shares. The floor price for the offer is set at ₹153.50 a share. Investors will closely monitor the response to the offer.
