NMDC up, HSBC upgrades rating to 'hold'

Miner NMDC Ltd is up as much as 2.3 per cent. HSBC has upgraded the rating to "hold" from "reduce" and retained the price target of Rs 78.

The bank has cited a correction of around 15 per cent in the stock as the reason for the upgrade.

Last week NMDC reported a 59 per cent drop in its December quarter earnings.

The share was up 1.17 per cent at Rs 90.75 on the BSE at 10.48 am.
