The board of Odyssey Technologies on Monday approved the application for reclassification of the shareholding of seven individuals, presently classified as members of the Promoter Group, from the ‘Promoter and Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public Shareholding’ category. The decision is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM, the company said in a notification to the exchanges. Currently, they together hold 0.43 per cent stake in Odyssey Technologies. According to the March quarter shareholding pattern, promoter group holding stands at 21.47 per cent.
